 It is expected that India will win 4 medals in Shooting tomorrow on Day 4. It is expected that India will win one medal in 25m Pistol women team and minimum 1 medal in Individual category. Other two medals are expected in Pistol and Rifle event. It is expected that Men and Women Table tennis team will qualify in knockouts. It was another fascinating day at World University Games 2023 where Indian superstars have broken records of last all editions combined. On Day 3, India won total 6 medals including 4 Gold. We have exactly one year left for olympics to start and next one year is going to be one of the most exciting years for the Indian sports especially when it comes to Olympics sports. We are already at our first stop which is Olympics for University people also known as World University Games.  If we look at the history, we do not have a very strong history at World University Games with out total medal tally at 6 Golds, 6 Silvers and 8 Bronze medals in 30 editions of the games till now which started in 1959. This tally while looks much better than our performance at Olympics post 1959 but overall, we stand at 56th place in the world. However, this year it is going to be different.
